By accessing and/or using the app, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These apply to all users and visitors of the app.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use or access the app.
- User Information: You are responsible for providing accurate details when registering (including address and contact information). Ghaseelcom is not responsible for any incorrect or outdated information.
- Order Timing: Pickup and delivery times may change without prior notice.
- Clothing Check: Please check your clothing pockets before handing them to our driver, branch, or placing them in drop-off boxes. If we find any items, we will return them, but Ghaseelcom is not responsible for money or belongings left inside your clothes.
- Garment Care: We use the latest washing, ironing, and dry-cleaning technology. However, we are not responsible for color changes, shrinkage, or fabric damage.
- Stains: Our team will do their best to remove stains, but we cannot guarantee stain removal.
- Support: For comments, questions, or complaints, please contact us directly through the app.
- Right to Refuse: Ghaseelcom reserves the right to decline any order.
- Updates: Ghaseelcom may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Refunds: No returns or refunds are available.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Cancellations made after this time will incur a 5 JOD late cancellation fee.
- Orders can be canceled directly through the Ghaseelcom app or by contacting our support center at (+962 79 5000850).
Delivery Policy
Please check if our services are available in your area. The following conditions apply:
- Pickup: Normally scheduled within 24 hours of order placement. In some areas, this may take longer due to factors beyond our control. Customers will be notified of any delays.
- Delivery: Orders are usually processed and delivered within 48 hours of pickup. However, external factors may extend this time. Customers will be informed if delays occur.
- Minimum Order: Pickup and delivery require a minimum order of 10 JOD.
- Drop-Off Boxes: You may use Ghaseelcom drop-off boxes available at different locations. Orders will then be delivered to your chosen address or collected from our outlets.
- Delivery Address: Customers must specify the delivery method, address, or outlet where they wish to collect their orders.
